Your Role at a Glance

As the General Manager of Property Management Department, you’ll be at the forefront of managing our diverse property portfolio. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Strategic Leadership

• Implement performance frameworks like Balance Score Card (BSC) and Risk Score Card.
• Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee property maintenance, preventive measures, and lifecycle management.
• Manage renovation, upgrading, and development projects to ensure seamless operations.
• Optimize vendor relationships to enhance service delivery and cost efficiency.

Commercial Success

• Maximize occupancy rates, rental yields, and overall asset value through strategic leasing initiatives.
• Oversee tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Identify new revenue streams within the property portfolio.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all properties meet workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mitigate risks through robust internal controls and compliance measures.

Financial Stewardship & Sustainability

• Plan budgets, manage financials, and implement cost-control strategies effectively.
• Drive green building initiatives and energy efficiency programs aligned with ESG principles.

What You Bring to the Table
