Your Role at a Glance
As the General Manager of Property Management Department, you’ll be at the forefront of managing our diverse property portfolio. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
Strategic Leadership

- Implement performance frameworks like Balance Score Card (BSC) and Risk Score Card.
- Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee property maintenance, preventive measures, and lifecycle management.
- Manage renovation, upgrading, and development projects to ensure seamless operations.
- Optimize vendor relationships to enhance service delivery and cost efficiency.
Commercial Success
- Maximize occupancy rates, rental yields, and overall asset value through strategic leasing initiatives.
- Oversee tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Identify new revenue streams within the property portfolio.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all properties meet workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate risks through robust internal controls and compliance measures.
Financial Stewardship & Sustainability
- Plan budgets, manage financials, and implement cost-control strategies effectively.
- Drive green building initiatives and energy efficiency programs aligned with ESG principles.
What You Bring to the Table

- A proven track record in senior property management or real estate roles.
