Vice President, Investments

You will play a role in all aspects of the investment process including origination, screening, due diligence, valuation and modelling, deal execution, portfolio management and exits.

What you'll do:

• Develop comprehensive financial models by analysing financial statements and preparing detailed valuation analyses that inform key investment decisions.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities by conducting thorough desktop research, formulating robust business plans, and developing compelling investment proposals for review.
• Conduct commercial due diligence on potential targets, ensuring all relevant data is gathered and analysed to support informed decision-making processes.
• Prepare discussion materials and approval papers for potential investments, presenting findings clearly to internal stakeholders for consideration.
• Engage proactively with portfolio company management teams to develop business strategy papers, review financial performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor assigned portfolio companies through periodic management calls, steering strategy discussions, preparing regular reports on performance, and implementing effective exit strategies when appropriate.

To succeed in this role, you are required to possess experience in private equity investments , corporate finance and management consulting.
