Attend daily email enquiries from business units within SLA. Handle end-to-end loan servicing activities, including loan maintenance, credit reviews, amendments, cancellations, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, repricing, and restructuring across bilateral, syndicated, and agency loans. Monitor loan repayments and collections, track fee income, and process related payments such as legal fees, valuation fees, insurance premiums, and refunds. Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to daily email enquiries from business units and respond within SLA timelines
  • Perform loan maintenance activities
  • Process credit reviews, facility amendments, and cancellations
  • Handle loan transactions including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and payments for bilateral, syndicated, and agency loans
  • Execute repricing and restructuring of loan accounts as part of maintenance
  • Process refunds of excess redemption proceeds or excess CPF funds used for monthly instalments
  • Monitor loan repayments and carry out scheduled loan collections
  • Track and manage fee income collection
  • Process payments related to legal fees, valuation fees, and insurance premiums
  • Undertake any other duties or tasks assigned by management from time to time

Job Specification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit administration or a related field in the banking and financial services industry

Technical/Functional Skills

• Knowledge and understanding of banking operations including operational processes and services and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in audit / risk management / compliance and / or banking operations preferred.
• Good Computer proficiency (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point and other software and applications.

Personal Skills

• Good communication skill in English both verbal and written.
• Able to adapt well to changing demands and multi-task effectively.
