Equity Capital Market Associate/Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Equity Capital Market Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into the world of equity capital markets, where your analytical skills will be put to the test.

What you'll do:

As an Equity Capital Market Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our client's operations.

• Present findings of research and analysis, valuation, investor targeting and engagement
• Ensure quality control for internal and external presentations, pitch books and various internal processes
• Execute live transactions from marketing stages to launch preparation and pricing/closing of transaction
• Oversee and assist with administrative duties such as roadshows, printing reports etc.
• Support Head of ECM (SEA) and align overall strategy and workplace conduct
• Manage information flow in a timely manner
• Prioritise tasks, track business developments and deliver results in a timely manner
• Engage with investors & corporate clients for development purposes
• Ensure data integrity and fact checks on all work undertaken
• Manage junior bankers/interns by providing detailed guidance and feedback

The ideal candidate for the Equity Capital Market Specialist role brings strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to devise creative solutions to problems.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to devise creative solutions to problems
• Consistency in the ability to work independently and proactively to achieve results
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Diligence, eagerness to learn, with high degree of integrity
• Prior Investment Banking experience, preferably in Southeast Asia is a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak Business Mandarin will be a strong plus
