  • Prepare detailed presentation materials and strategic inputs for executive leadership—including the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer—for use in both internal discussions and external engagements.
  • Develop robust communication strategies to support advocacy around strategic plan formulation, KPI alignment, new business opportunities, while gathering feedback from stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of organisational direction.
  • Oversee team deliverables by fostering an organised approach that ensures high-quality outputs are achieved consistently in line with set goals and objectives.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in strategic planning, scenario analysis, performance management, and new business opportunities while championing ongoing communication and training programmes related to strategy management processes.

What you bring:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Strategic Planning, Management, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent field

  • Highly creative mindset with a track record of developing forward-thinking solutions that address complex challenges within large organisations or regulated environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels while building consensus around shared goals.
  • Proven capability in influencing others positively across multiple functions through empathetic engagement techniques that foster trust-based relationships.
  • Experience designing or implementing performance management frameworks including KPI setting/alignment as well as risk mitigation strategies within dynamic environments.
