You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients while identifying new opportunities to expand relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients by building strong, long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client engagements to gain insights into customers' business operations, financial objectives, and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through the provision of tailored banking solutions, including lending, cash management, trade finance, and other business banking products.
• Collaborate closely with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that address clients' evolving needs.
• Provide exceptional client service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and acquire new-to-bank opportunities through networking, referrals, and market prospecting activities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Relationship Management, or a related financial services environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
