Corporate Relationship Manager

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients while driving new business opportunities. This role involves credit analysis, deal structuring, and relationship management, ideal for candidates with 5–8 years of corporate banking experience seeking regional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by acquiring and onboarding new corporate clients aligned with the Bank’s risk appetite, while building strong, long-term client relationships to maximize portfolio profitability.
• Conduct credit assessment, including financial analysis, structuring of facilities, and preparation of credit proposals with clear identification of risks and mitigating strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance through timely account reviews, ensuring compliance with covenants, early identification of red flags, and healthy utilization of credit facilities.
• Develop strategic account plans and stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and economic outlook to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to AML/CFT requirements, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and KYC/KYCC processes.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines issued by relevant authorities.
• Escalate and report any suspicious transactions in accordance with compliance protocols.
• Support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate banking or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and banking products.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English
• Possess own transport (preferred).
