Regulatory Reporting & Monitoring

• Support the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory reports in line with applicable regulatory standards and timelines.
• Monitor reporting processes to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations and internal control frameworks.

Data & Operational Oversight

• Manage end‑to‑end regulatory data processes, including data sourcing, validation, aggregation, and quality checks.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data or reporting issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data inputs and reporting outputs are consistent, reliable, and fit for regulatory use.

Process Control & Risk Awareness

• Maintain strong operational controls across reporting processes to reduce data, operational, and regulatory risk.
• Identify process gaps or potential risks and work with stakeholders to implement improvements or corrective actions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with compliance, operations, data, and technology teams to support reporting requirements and system enhancements.
• Act as a coordination point when new products, tools, or regulatory changes impact reporting processes.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Assist with the maintenance of operational documentation, internal guidelines, and management information related to compliance reporting.
• Contribute to process automation and reporting efficiency initiatives using available tools and systems.
