What you'll do:

• Continuously review current Order-to-Cash processes with a focus on Billing & Cash App, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures that enhance efficiency, compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to operationalise process improvements, ensuring seamless standardisation and alignment across all service scopes including headquarters and business units.
• Develop compelling KPIs for effective process management by monitoring efficiency, compliance, quality metrics, and customer feedback.
• Work hand-in-hand with IT departments and other stakeholders to support configuration decisions related to digital enablers like automation tools or process mining solutions.
• Track customer satisfaction levels as agreed with business units by monitoring inquiry resolution rates and complaint handling at predefined service levels.
• Oversee operational execution within the Process Management team by ensuring timely completion of tasks that uphold the standard process model.
• Support group-wide projects or initiatives by adhering to milestones while introducing efficient handover points between upstream and downstream processes such as customer master data quality.
• Specify business requirements clearly for system enhancements or functional test scripts while developing training materials that facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.

What you bring:

• Demonstrated experience executing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes or similar functions in shared services.
• Proven ability navigating complex organisational structures while managing competing priorities among sales, finance, and customer service teams.
• Deep understanding of process modelling techniques as well as service delivery frameworks and governance principles relevant to O2C cycles.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma along with hands-on involvement in transformation initiatives.
• Practical experience using SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA preferred) plus awareness of related platforms like Serrala Autobank, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Outstanding communication skills in English (oral/written), with additional language proficiency considered beneficial; willingness to travel up to 15%.
