Head of Order to Cash

What you'll do:

• Establish and grow the Order to Cash department by developing policies, guidelines, and frameworks that are closely aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end operations for Order to Cash processes
• Collaborate extensively with finance teams and other key stakeholders to design operating models that support business needs while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
• Evaluate and lead migration projects by partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity through process innovation, digitalisation, and learning opportunities.

• A relevant degree or professional certification
• Proven track record of leading shared services within complex multinational organisations
• Strong understanding of finance operations as well as end-to-end commercial processes
• Familiarity with digital transformation models, operational processes, and contract structures
• Demonstrated experience in leading process digitalisation or transformation initiatives showcases your capacity for managing change successfully.
