What you'll do:

As a Billing Automation Specialist in Selangor, you will drive global billing transformation by documenting processes, analysing datasets, and preparing workflows for automation. You’ll lead workshops, deliver training sessions, provide first-level support, and ensure smooth transitions to automated systems. Success relies on your ability to collaborate with diverse teams, share insights, and promote continuous improvement across the organisation.

  • Document and review customer billing processes with country teams to ensure automation readiness.
  • Analyse complex Excel files to maintain data quality and process integrity.
  • Lead workshops with subject matter experts to prepare for automated system transitions.
  • Train country users on standardised billing processes to encourage adoption.
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders on case preparation progress and improvements.
  • Assist in data review workshops to identify optimisation opportunities for automation.
  • Offer first-level support for the Billing Automation Tool, resolving queries promptly.
  • Conduct retraining sessions for new team members as use cases go live.
  • Maintain regular communication with country teams to drive continuous improvement.

What you bring:

To excel as a Billing Automation Specialist in Selangor, you bring a strong foundation in accounting or finance, advanced Excel skills, and an analytical mindset to identify optimisation opportunities. Your experience in multinational environments equips you to navigate cultural and time zone differences effectively. Clear communication allows you to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders, while familiarity with project management or process improvement ensures efficient change implementation.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent qualifications or experience considered.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for process improvements.

  • Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
