What you'll do:

• Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets as well as mid-term business plans that align with organisational objectives and support long-term growth.
• Translate top management directives into actionable financial and operational strategies that can be executed effectively by various business units.
• Partner closely with teams such as Merchandising Planning, Marketing, Store Operations, and Finance to ensure realistic planning and seamless execution of initiatives.
• Conduct scenario planning exercises—including best- and worst-case analyses—while identifying potential risks and growth opportunities to inform decision-making.
• Monitor weekly and monthly performance against established budgets and targets, providing timely analysis of key drivers such as sales, gross profit margin, and operating costs.
• Identify performance gaps by analysing financial data and recommend corrective actions to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify business risks, inefficiencies, or areas for enhancement by conducting root cause analyses and leading initiatives that drive measurable improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by delivering insightful financial analysis that supports critical decisions related to store expansion, cost optimisation, or investment evaluation.
• Prepare high-quality materials for management reviews and collaborate with global teams to ensure local strategies are aligned with broader organisational goals.
• Strengthen financial literacy among non-finance colleagues by educating them on P&L structures and cost management principles.
