What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Analyst based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play an integral part in supporting the organisation’s regional finance operations. - Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and service providers as needed to facilitate smooth audit processes and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
- Process payments accurately for vendors, suppliers, service providers, and intercompany entities while monitoring cash flow requirements and assisting in treasury activities when required.
- Maintain meticulous finance-related administrative documentation and records; prepare schedules and supporting documents for management review during month-end and year-end closing cycles.
- Liaise effectively with overseas offices and regional finance teams to support cross-border operations, reporting requirements, audits, project implementations, and business initiatives.
- Lead or coordinate ad hoc projects assigned by management; drive process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening internal controls.
- Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies; support both internal and external audit activities while identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures.
