Sustainability Manager

What you'll do:

As a Sustainability Manager based in Damansara, you will be entrusted with advancing the organisation’s commitment to environmental stewardship by developing strategic policies that integrate sustainability into every facet of business operations. • Develop and enhance comprehensive ESG policy and strategy for the energy group by integrating sustainability objectives into core business operations.

• Clearly communicate the importance of environmental preservation to stakeholders and other departments through engaging presentations and reports.
• Collate ESG data from various subsidiaries and business units to ensure timely and accurate reporting to both internal management and external stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed ESG disclosures that are aligned with international standards including ISSB, SASB, GRI, and TCFD frameworks.
• Maintain robust ESG data systems and dashboards for efficient tracking of sustainability metrics across the organisation.
• Liaise with internal teams, auditors, and external ESG rating agencies to facilitate transparent stakeholder engagement.
• Respond promptly to ESG-related queries from lenders, investors, regulators, and other interested parties.
• Ensure adherence to Scope I, II, and III emissions reporting requirements where applicable within the business context.
• Monitor compliance with IFC standards and Equator Principles while staying updated on regulatory developments related to ESG reporting obligations.
