A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Head of Revenue Management to drive sustainable value creation and maximise revenue growth.

What you'll do:

As Head of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance revenue generation while supporting gross profit expansion.

  • Drive topline growth by enhancing revenue while complementing gross profit mass and expanding market share through disciplined execution.
  • Act as a strategic business partner by collaborating with finance on resource allocation, support sales in developing account plans and promotional calendars within established guardrails.
  • Advise marketing teams on optimal brand and portfolio pricing based on elasticity analysis and market insights; support innovation initiatives with revenue management perspectives on pricing and positioning.
  • Conduct annual pricing reviews using advanced analytics and market intelligence to identify potential benefits; set guardrails for channel/customer pricing, promotions, trade terms, and mix execution.
  • Monitor revenue management performance throughout the year against targets and guardrails; escalate out-of-guardrail pricing or trade terms for sign-off when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain RMG tools that deliver actionable insights for business strategy alignment; ensure continuous tracking of objectives within the market context.
  • Embed industry and global best practices by training relevant functions on revenue management topics/tools; drive continuous improvement of content and processes within the organisation.
  • Lead annual revenue management assessments; define and execute resulting agendas for the coming year to ensure ongoing enhancement of capabilities.

What you bring:

To excel as Head of Revenue Management, your proven track record in commercial analytics—particularly within FMCG or related sectors—will be invaluable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics or Engineering is required for this role.
  • Over ten years’ experience in commercial analytics roles within FMCG, research companies or consulting firms is highly desirable; hands-on experience handling big data is essential.
  • Strategic analytical skills are vital for reviewing complex or ambiguous data sets and extracting actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Intellectual curiosity drives your ability to search out facts independently without prior guidance or established processes.
  • Passion for delivering results is demonstrated through ownership of projects and translating insights into concise practical plans for execution.
  • Commercial acumen allows you to understand customer landscapes deeply and translate revenue management insights into shop floor actions.
