What you'll do:

• A minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis or operational finance roles within manufacturing or plant environments is essential.
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles along with hands-on experience managing production finance activities and tracking operational KPIs.
• Proficiency in English communication skills is required to effectively interact with diverse teams across multinational settings.
• Previous experience working within multinational corporations (MNCs) is necessary to navigate complex organisational structures successfully.
• Familiarity with SAP systems as well as other financial reporting tools is crucial for efficient data management and analysis.
• Exceptional analytical abilities combined with meticulous attention to detail enable you to deliver clear insights from complex datasets.
