Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Review reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and operational budgets.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and fixed asset reports.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and inventory/fixed asset management.
• Support product costing, margin analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, and GL teams on daily finance operations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Support tax compliance, transfer pricing documentation, and statutory filings.
• Drive system implementations, process improvements, and special finance projects.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and management presentations.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• 4-5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and business partnering skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to work in Semenyih.
