Finance Operations Manager

• Financial Operations Oversight: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), purchasing, and cash management.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations and income statements.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts.

• Costing: Maintain standard cost, performing annual/ quarterly cost rolls and comparing actual costs to standard costs to identify key drivers of variances.

• Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, implement financial systems, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and internal policies, including managing relationships with external auditors.

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor finance team members.

• Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with operational goals.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Working Experience

· Proven experience as a financial operations manager, finance analyst, or similar role.

· Working experience from audit environment is an added advantage

Required Knowledge

· Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting

· Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cost control

· Familiar with AP/AR and cash flow management

· Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance

Required skill (s)

· Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP systems) and advanced Excel.

· Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Experience with internal controls and audit processes

· Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

· Ability to analyze financial data and support business decisions

· Ability to work in a team and maintain good stakeholder relationships.

· Good verbal and written communication in English.
