Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounts including month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and management accounts
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
• Handle tax computation, SST submissions, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
• Experience with SST, e-invoicing, and tax computation is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a multinational company
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to read, write, and speak Mandarin would be an advantage
