• Oversee multi-brand operations by implementing effective financial controls, monitoring brand-specific KPIs, and supporting cross-functional teams in achieving shared goals.
• Establish robust systems and governance frameworks that ensure compliance, transparency, and accountability throughout all aspects of the business.
• Work closely with stakeholders including senior management, operational leaders, and external partners to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making processes.
• Analyse outlet-level economics to identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges proactively, and support practical solutions tailored to real-world situations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities by integrating operational data into financial models that reflect the realities of day-to-day business.
• Champion collaborative approaches within finance by fostering open communication channels with other departments to ensure alignment on key priorities.
• Support commercial initiatives by providing guidance on pricing strategies, margin optimisation, and resource allocation across brands and outlets.
• Manage risk effectively by identifying potential threats to business continuity and developing mitigation plans that safeguard assets and reputation.

• Proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple outlets or locations by collaborating effectively with operational teams is essential.
• Strong background in managing multi-brand operations including implementation of financial controls and monitoring brand-specific performance metrics is required.
• Expertise in establishing systems and governance frameworks that promote compliance, transparency, and accountability throughout complex organisations is vital.
