- Oversee the management of all group assets by ensuring proper maintenance, performance tracking, registration processes, and optimal utilisation across departments.
- Lead land acquisition processes for projects by liaising with authorities to resolve land matters efficiently in support of ongoing business needs.

- Exceptional skills in business planning combined with strong analytical capabilities for interpreting complex data sets and informing executive decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively while nurturing positive cultural transformation across diverse teams.
- Proven track record presenting complex information clearly at Board level meetings; adept at reporting progress against KPIs to senior stakeholders.
- Sound judgement in strategic thinking; able to identify key focus areas quickly while aligning them with broader organisational priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across functions as well as successful engagement with external partners such as government agencies.
- Capacity for supporting high-impact transformation initiatives that contribute meaningfully towards long-term organisational objectives.
