• Develop, assess, and coordinate comprehensive business strategies
• Strategically plan company programmes based on approved business plans, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles in achieving organisational objectives.
• Drive medium- and long-term improvements by establishing key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable plans that support sustainable growth.
• Monitor economic trends externally, maintain relationships with relevant agencies, and adjust strategies proactively to respond to changing market conditions.
• Construct sophisticated forecasting models to inform critical business decisions and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Investigate incidents related to core services thoroughly, conduct root cause analyses, implement recommendations promptly, and promote a culture of safety throughout the organisation.
• Provide strategic input for capital expenditure requirements related to operations and asset development, ensuring investments deliver value and meet operational objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively while nurturing positive cultural transformation across diverse teams.
• Proven track record presenting complex information clearly at Board level meetings; adept at reporting progress against KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgement in strategic thinking; able to identify key focus areas quickly while aligning them with broader organisational priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across functions as well as successful engagement with external partners such as government agencies.
• Capacity for supporting high-impact transformation initiatives that contribute meaningfully towards long-term organisational objectives.
