What you'll do:

• Support the creation and implementation of comprehensive corporate and business strategies across the group’s diverse portfolio, ensuring each plan supports overall organisational objectives.
• Lead the development and delivery of detailed business plans for the Group, translating strategic vision into actionable steps.
• Drive growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and incubating emerging ventures that align with long-term goals.
• Oversee the entire mergers and acquisitions lifecycle including sourcing opportunities, conducting thorough evaluations, managing due diligence processes, structuring transactions, negotiating terms, executing deals, and integrating acquired entities.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting
• 10 – 15 years’ proven experience in strategy development, mergers & acquisitions or corporate development functions within large organisations
• Demonstrated expertise in leading end-to-end M&A processes including opportunity identification, evaluation, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation, execution and post-merger integration is crucial.
• Strong project management abilities ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders without compromising quality or compliance standards.
• Excellent presentation skills enable you to communicate strategic insights clearly to senior management or board audiences who rely on your guidance for decision-making.
