* Facilitate strategic review sessions with various business units and subsidiaries to ensure alignment with evolving market demands, regulatory trends, and organisational targets.
* Oversee the entire project and investment portfolio including property development projects, infrastructure investments, and joint ventures by tracking progress, financial health, and strategic fit.
* Monitor the pipeline of residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure developments while evaluating portfolio performance against risk exposure, profitability metrics such as IRR, and long-term priorities.
* Conduct detailed feasibility studies along with scenario modelling and ROI analysis for new project proposals or strategic investments to support informed decision-making.

Your communication skills must enable you to distil complex information into clear recommendations suitable for executive audiences. Experience managing diverse project portfolios—spanning everything from residential developments through major infrastructure undertakings—will set you apart. Familiarity with capital allocation frameworks alongside knowledge of industry-specific regulations ensures that your advice remains both practical and compliant. Above all else your collaborative mindset allows you to work seamlessly across functions while building trust-based relationships with colleagues at every level.
