- Prepare detailed schemes, presentation papers, announcements, or circulars related to proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all stakeholders involved.
- Assist superiors in ensuring that all proposals comply with relevant guidelines and laws, including disclosure requirements set by both local and overseas regulatory authorities where applicable.
- Review presentation materials, legal documents, reports, submissions, and documents intended for shareholders and public investors to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate the timely submission of required documentation for various corporate finance activities.
- Support management by performing any other duties assigned from time to time, contributing positively to the overall success of the department.
- Engage with external advisors such as auditors or legal counsel when necessary to facilitate smooth execution of transactions.

- Demonstrate sound knowledge of capital markets operations as well as securities law and guidelines issued by relevant authorities both locally and internationally.
- Exhibit strong writing abilities alongside advanced research skills that enable you to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
- Display excellent interpersonal communication skills which allow you to work collaboratively within teams while engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
