What you'll do:

* Prepare loan applications and proposals by developing robust financial models, projections, and business cases that support funding requests.
* Lead negotiations with banks to finalise financing requirements including terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, covenants, and ensure agreements are favourable for the company.
* Oversee liquidity and cashflow management for the organisation while ensuring efficient placement of excess funds for optimal returns.
* Establish, implement, and review financial processes, policies, internal controls, risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
* Manage execution of corporate exercises such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, fundraising initiatives; lead due diligence processes, valuations, feasibility studies; oversee direct/indirect tax compliance including transfer pricing and e-invoicing.
