Head of Product Design, UI/UX (Enterprise B2B SaaS)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall design vision, strategy, and user experience across the company's product portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, and Researchers across SEA region.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to align design initiatives with business objectives.
• Champion user-centric design principles and advocate for customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Establish and scale design systems, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Drive user research, usability testing, and customer discovery initiatives to inform product decisions.
• Foster a strong design culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints to deliver impactful product experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields, including several years in a design leadership capacity.
• Proven experience leading and developing design teams within a SaaS, technology, or digital product environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, user experience, and strategic thinking.
• Experience building and scaling design systems for complex digital products.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, research practices, and usability principles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, FinTech, LegalTech, HRTech, or other workflow-driven technology environments is highly desirable.
