What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end test automation activities from requirement analysis through deployment, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with engineering standards.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define comprehensive test strategies, and ensure thorough coverage.
• Drive and implement scalable automation frameworks using shift-left principles for early defect detection and continuous testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust UI/API automation frameworks that prioritise reusability, scalability, and maintainability for long-term success.
• Ensure testing aligns with end-to-end system architecture by validating integration points, data flows, and overall system stability across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to guarantee product reliability.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support seamless continuous integration and delivery processes within the organisation.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Establish and enforce QA standards as well as automation best practices and coding guidelines across various projects for consistent quality assurance.

• Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Appium enables efficient test execution across platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python or JavaScript supports framework development and script maintenance.

• Comprehensive understanding of software testing methodologies (SDLC/STLC) underpins effective planning and execution of tests.
