Manager, Integral Life Delivery Management

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Manager – Integral Life Delivery Management to support the development, deployment and production support of Integral Life applications within the life insurance environment. The role will be responsible for application delivery across requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment and ongoing production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development, deployment and support of Integral Life applications.

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements.

• Conduct impact analysis and propose appropriate solutions.

• Perform application development, coding and unit testing.

• Coordinate UAT, including EOD batch activities.

• Support application deployment and implementation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.

• Analyse interfacing impacts across related applications.

• Work closely with business users and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure application activities comply with established SDLC, security and compliance requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

• Support application and project delivery activities.

• Contribute to application stability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the life insurance domain using Integral Life / Life Asia COBOL.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Integral Life development and/or support experience.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • Integral Life / Life Asia

  • COBOL

  • AS400 / IBM i

  • SMART/400

  • Control Language (CL)

  • SQL

• Experience in Integral Life batch support.

• Strong application troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and application delivery.
