• Review project estimates critically and suggest updates to maintain accuracy throughout the development lifecycle. Complete detailed design work and develop robust applications using React, NodeJS, Java, Springboot, Typescript, and related technologies within agreed timelines.
• Guide team members by providing mentorship on tasks, sharing best practices, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
• Conduct comprehensive design and code reviews to uphold technical standards and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support testing activities by addressing client queries promptly and resolving issues collaboratively with stakeholders. Communicate effectively with onsite teams to align on project objectives, share progress updates, and coordinate deliverables.
• Participate actively in scrum calls by providing clear status reports and contributing insights during discussions.

What you bring: To excel as a Software Developer – React and NodeJS/Java in this role, you will bring a solid foundation in full stack software engineering gained over three to five years of relevant experience. Your background should include hands-on work with both backend (Java/Springboot) and frontend (React/NodeJS/Typescript) technologies.

• Proven experience with backend technologies including Core Java and Springboot for building scalable server-side applications.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development using Javascript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and Typescript to create responsive user interfaces.
