Operations Specialist (Open for fresh graduates)

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Account Management

• Manage customer account activation, suspension, and closure.
• Coordinate invoice issuance and ensure billing accuracy.
• Handle billing inquiries, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.

Customer & Partner Support

• Serve as the main contact for operational and non-technical customer inquiries.
• Coordinate post-sales requests such as account updates and contract changes.
• Monitor customer credit utilization, partner rebates, discounts, and incentives.

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate operational and billing records.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams to support order-to-cash processes.
• Assist with data compilation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to support Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
