As part of a supportive and knowledgeable team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding enterprise clients through their digital transformation journeys, leveraging industry-leading platforms to optimise workflows and enhance collaboration.

What you'll do:

  • Take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, acting as a trusted advisor who understands each client’s unique needs and objectives.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and expanding product penetration within existing accounts through consultative selling.
  • Develop deep expertise in SaaS platforms to effectively demonstrate their capabilities and recommend tailored solutions that address workflow inefficiencies and process gaps.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls and investigative conversations with clients to uncover pain points and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with executives and business leaders at client organisations to facilitate change management initiatives and ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed set business development targets by executing well-planned sales strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple departments to map out current processes, identify areas for optimisation, and present compelling value propositions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, process maps, and requirements to ensure seamless communication between sales, solutions, and implementation teams.
  • Take initiative in troubleshooting issues, researching best practices, and suggesting improvements before escalating challenges to senior colleagues.
  • Participate in relevant events or meetings as required to represent the organisation and build strong professional networks.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience (2-4 years preferred) in B2B SaaS sales or technology consulting environments where you have managed large enterprise accounts with complex needs.
  • A proven track record of engaging stakeholders at all levels—including department heads and executives—to map processes and identify areas where digital solutions can add tangible value.
  • A positive attitude combined with an eagerness to learn new concepts quickly and apply them effectively within fast-evolving business contexts.
  • The ability to balance new business development (hunting) with account management (farming), driving both immediate wins and sustainable long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to actively listen, communicate clearly, build trust rapidly, and align proposed solutions with real-world client challenges.
  • Meticulous organisational abilities allowing you to maintain detailed notes on client requirements, process flows, and project milestones for seamless handover between teams.
  • A proactive mindset characterised by taking initiative in problem-solving—researching options thoroughly before seeking assistance from others.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is considered advantageous when working with diverse client bases.
  • Willingness to participate in occasional events or offsite meetings as part of your commitment to building strong professional relationships.
