• Ensure all programmes are delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality objectives by monitoring progress and proactively resolving challenges.
• Drive resolution of intricate delivery issues by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain momentum and achieve successful outcomes.
• Guarantee that technology solutions are scalable, resilient and fit for purpose by overseeing technical design reviews and implementation strategies.
• Set up robust programme governance frameworks including reporting structures and escalation processes to ensure transparency and accountability among stakeholders.
• Provide independent oversight of external system integrators, technology partners and vendors by reviewing delivery plans, technical assumptions and resource requirements.

• Expertise in programme governance including risk management, issue tracking and dependency resolution supports successful outcomes.
