• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Treasury and Risk technology initiatives spanning multiple countries, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal resources as well as vendor teams by planning capacity effectively and allocating resources optimally to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate closely with both technology and business stakeholders to prioritise deliverablesdeliverables and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecyclelifecycle.
• Monitor project progress diligently, proactively manage risks, and provide timely updates to regional counterparts as well as senior management.
• Identify areas for process improvement within delivery workflowsworkflows and system performance, driving continuous enhancements for greater efficiency.
• Validate vendor timesheetstimesheets meticulously to ensure accurate effort tracking and accountability in reporting.
• Lead comprehensive delivery reporting activities including weekly and monthly updates tailored for headquarters and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed presentations on delivery status, highlighting issues encountered and achievements realised for senior management review.
• Foster a culture of co-operation within cross-functional teams by encouraging open dialogue and shared responsibility for outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in agile methodologies, ITILITIL frameworks, and enterprise software development lifecycleslifecycles.

Your background should include significant involvement with trading systems—ideallysystems—ideally Murex—andMurex—and a deep understanding of treasury operations. You will have demonstrated your ability to guide cross-functional teams through challenging implementations while maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders. Your technical proficiency spans programming languages (such as Java or Python), integration tools (REST APIsAPIs/Kafka/MQMQ), databases (Oracle/SQLSQL/Power BI), DevOpsDevOps tooling (Git/Jenkins/JIRAJIRA/Confluence), cloud infrastructure (AWSAWS/Docker/KubernetesKubernetes), and agile project methodologies. Beyond technical skills, your approachable manner enables you to build trust quickly among colleagues from diverse backgrounds. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline demonstrating foundationalfoundational technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT delivery roles within financial services or similar sectors showcasing your dependability in complex environments.
• Minimum 3–53–5 years’years’ proven experience leading teams or domain-specific initiatives where your interpersonal skills have fostered effective collaboration.
• Comprehensive understanding of Treasury and Risk domains with hands-on exposure to trading systems such as MurexMurex or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cross-border IT projects involving multiple stakeholders from different regions.
• Practical experience in systems development including coding (Java/Python/Shell), specifications drafting, testing procedures, and deployment activities.
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to engage both technical specialists and non-technical business users empatheticallyempathetically.
• Track record of successful vendor management encompassing resource allocation, effort tracking, accountability measures, and relationship nurturing.
• Familiarity with enterprise software development lifecycleslifecycles (SDLCSDLC) as well as agile methodologies like Scrum or ITILITIL frameworks supporting structured project delivery.
• Professional certifications such as PMPPMP, Scrum Master or ITILITIL are advantageous; prior experience in banking or capital markets environments is highly regarded.
