Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams—ranging from business leaders to IT specialists. You will champion the voice of both customers and internal stakeholders during systems-related projects, ensuring their needs are translated into practical outcomes. From orchestrating change management strategies—including communication plans and training sessions—to managing implementation pilots and tracking adoption rates post-launch, your influence will be felt at every stage of the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery partners to gather, translate, and clarify complex requirements into actionable solutions that align with organisational objectives.
• Lead the design of business processes and solution options by working closely with subject matter experts to ensure all perspectives are considered and integrated.
• Support software delivery and IT operations by translating business needs into detailed functional requirements and designs, representing the voice of the customer throughout the process.
• Drive change management activities from early planning through to execution, including audience analysis, communications strategy, training interventions, support mechanisms, and feedback collection.
• Plan, control, and report on the implementation of new products or changes, focusing on accelerating benefits realisation while minimising deployment risks.
• Manage implementation readiness by coordinating pilot phases and overseeing initial rollouts to ensure smooth transitions for all stakeholders involved.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings independently with minimal supervision to resolve disagreements among stakeholders and achieve consensus on requirements or design decisions.

What you bring:

To excel as a Business Analyst in this banking environment, you will bring a wealth of experience gained from similar roles within financial services or related industries. Your fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese enables seamless communication with key client groups. With hands-on expertise in requirements gathering as well as solution design methodologies, you are comfortable leading workshops independently or collaborating closely within multidisciplinary teams.

• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Working experience within financial services sectors
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies including requirements gathering, documentation standards, solution design techniques, and traceability processes.
• Demonstrated experience in change management approaches encompassing planning interventions, audience analysis, communications strategy development, training delivery, support provision, adoption tracking, and feedback loops.
• Solid foundation in business process reengineering principles with proven ability to collaborate effectively with process consultants on workflow optimisation projects.
• Strong financial skills enabling you to contribute meaningfully to high-level business case development by evaluating costs versus benefits for proposed solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to build effective relationships with internal teams as well as external partners; adept at facilitating workshops independently when required.
• Experience managing resources within project teams through clear communication of objectives.
