- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to project teams throughout development, implementation, and automation assignments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in the delivery of finance-related projects covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Financial Accounting Hub operations on Oracle EBS R12.2.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, SDLC procedures, audit requirements, and quality assurance protocols for all deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by researching system performance enhancements and optimising batch processing for month-end and daily reporting.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders are crucial.
- A thorough understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), audit processes, IT security standards, and compliance requirements is necessary.
- Strong analytical abilities for identifying risks early on and recommending practical mitigation strategies are expected.
- Experience managing month-end processing cycles—including batch reporting—and optimising system performance is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports and presenting updates to senior management are important.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred for facilitating efficient project delivery cycles.
- Optional: Possession of Oracle Certification would be considered an asset.
