Technical Customer Success Manager (Vietnamese Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from initiation through successful deployment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal technical, product, and support teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and implementation milestones.
• Provide guidance and support to customers on product adoption and best practices.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in a client-facing role such as:
  • Customer Success
  • Implementation Management
  • Project Delivery
  • Technical Account Management
  • Relationship Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing technical implementations, onboarding, or enterprise software deployments.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including:
  • Routers and switches
  • IP networking
  • Firewalls and VPNs
  • Connectivity troubleshooting
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience within SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, technology, market data, or digital solutions environments is highly preferred.
