Senior Application Support (SaaS)

This role leads the selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of SaaS applications. Partnering with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver strategic product roadmaps that align with business objectives, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance digital customer experiences. The position requires strong technical leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in SaaS platforms, integrations, automation technologies, and data visualization tools like Power BI.

What you'll do:

• Manage SaaS applications by triaging incidents, resolving service requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead vendor assessments, contract renewals, and compliance reviews for applications under your remit.
• Drive enterprise delivery initiatives by owning end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop application roadmaps that balance user needs, business goals, and technical priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process transformation through automation and digitization while embedding security-by-design practices.
• Establish continuous service improvement programs to enhance support processes and overall service quality.

What you bring:

• A university degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (Microsoft Power Platform certification highly desirable).
• 7–8 years of experience in application management across SaaS platforms, with 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven expertise in vendor governance, stakeholder engagement, project management, and business/technical requirements analysis.
• Experience developing workflows using Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Integration Services.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Service Desk software.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and statistical reasoning for systems issues.
