Our client is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Business Process Transformation & IT Strategy. This role is key to leading the transformation of the organisation’s core business functions using innovative IT strategies and governance practices.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Business Process Transformation & IT Strategy, you will play a crucial role in transforming our client's core business functions. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the identification of opportunities for process redesign and digitisation using IT as an enabler. You will provide strategic direction for process improvement initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals. In addition, you will act as a key advisor to senior leadership on matters related to IT strategy, governance, and risk. Your expertise will also be required in establishing robust IT governance frameworks that support operational integrity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Identify opportunities to redesign and digitise end-to-end business processes using IT as an enabler.
• Provide strategic direction for enterprise-wide process improvement and business transformation initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on IT strategy, governance, and risk.
• Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Assess existing processes and technologies, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate relevant digital tools.
• Manage risk in business operations and IT systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning and execution of transformation projects.
• Ensure effective change management practices are in place.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Business Process Transformation & IT Strategy position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in IT-enabled business transformation. You have a proven track record of leading transformation programs within complex or multi-industry environments. Your solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your ability to translate business strategy into technology-driven initiatives sets you apart. Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems is required, along with experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proven experience in leading IT-enabled business transformation programs within complex environments.
• Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology-driven initiatives.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map processes and recommend improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
