Our client is seeking a NOVA Business Delegated Administrator to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Experience and Salesforce, who has the ability to provide training in both face-to-face and virtual settings. You will be responsible for improving user adoption by sharing best practices across the region and ensuring the tool is being utilised correctly. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will contribute to ongoing identification of improvements and provide support to a group of countries.

What you'll do:

As a NOVA Business Delegated Administrator, your role will be pivotal in enhancing user adoption and improving customer experience. You will be the main point of contact for a dedicated pool of Power Users, providing them with necessary training and support. Your responsibilities will also include gathering feedback on release quality and adoption through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing administrative tasks, identifying areas for improvement in business processes or tools, maintaining adoption rates across countries, contributing to corporate toolkits, and providing technical support to minimise business operation impacts.

  • Provide business support as the single Point of Contact for dedicated pool of Power Users
  • Onboard new Power Users, engage with them through regular calls and provide trainings
  • Gather feedback for releases’ quality and adoptions through UAT
  • Access majority of administrative tasks: templates, basic automation, chatter groups, quick links and reports/dashboards
  • Identify business process/tool enhancements/improvements and contribute to the NOVA roadmap
  • Maintain adoption rates for countries by identifying issues, defining action plans and engaging relevant persons in charge in the agencies and with CAN Area Management
  • Contribute to corporate toolkits such as “How To Guides” and Q&A file, maintain up to date local “How To Guides” and Q&A file
  • Provide NOVA technical support for agencies to minimise business operation impact

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the NOVA Business Delegated Administrator role brings a wealth of experience in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms like Zoho CRM, Hubspot or Oracle CRM. A Salesforce admin certification would be a significant advantage. You should have a background in Process, Quality or IT and experience in training or customer-facing roles. Your ability to confidently present trainings in both face-to-face and virtual settings will be crucial in this role. A team spirit and continuous improvement mindset, coupled with good interpersonal skills and experience in managing people, will set you apart.

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Oracle CRM
  • Salesforce admin certification would be advantageous
  • Preferably with Process, Quality or IT background
  • Experience in training and/or customer facing experience would be advantageous
  • Fluency in second language within region would be advantageous
  • Ability to present trainings confidently to an audience in face-to-face and virtual setting
  • Team & Continuous improvement spirit
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience in managing people
