IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for end users, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, meeting room technology, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
• Perform hardware deployment, workstation setup, user onboarding, equipment replacement, and device troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and cabling.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and regional IT teams to resolve technical issues and support deployments.
• Assist with technology upgrades, system rollouts, testing, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, access management, data protection, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide support outside normal business hours when required for critical incidents or planned activities.
