M365 & Power Platform Consultant

A global IT solutions provider focusing on legal solutions, is seeking a dynamic Technology Consultant to join their Kuala Lumpur team. This role focuses on designing and implementing tech-enabled legal solutions to streamline operations and enhance service delivery for clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, automation tools, leadership skills, coupled with strong problem-solving and client engagement skills.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with clients to design practical technology solutions addressing legal operational challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on legal technologies such as Legal Front Door, Matter Management Systems, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Build and configure solutions using low-code/no-code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Integrate legal technology platforms using APIs and automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools effectively while adhering to ethical best practices.
• Manage client relationships and guide stakeholders through solution implementation and adoption.
• Support projects with business analysis, documentation, and project management principles.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in legal technology through vendor collaboration.

What you bring:

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and M365, ideally with team leading capacity.
• Experience in global stakeholder management & communication is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of core legal technology categories (Legal Front Door, Matter Management, CLM).
• Practical experience with low-code/no-code platforms for solution configuration and development.
• Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with AI-enabled legal tools and knowledge of their capabilities and limitations.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Solid business analysis techniques and some project management experience.
• Passion for legal innovation and continuous professional development.
