IT Manager

Join a well-established multinational organisation as an IT Manager, leading end-to-end IT operations across infrastructure, security, and business systems. You'll be the key technology partner for local stakeholders while collaborating with regional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.Location: Balakong, Selangor Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring stable and secure infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user services.
• Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, IT governance, and compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
• Support and enhance ERP and business-critical applications, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
• Drive IT projects, technology upgrades, system improvements, and automation initiatives to increase business efficiency.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity processes.
• Manage IT assets, software licensing, documentation, and technology lifecycle planning.
• Collaborate with regional and global technology teams to ensure alignment with broader IT strategies and standards.
• Manage external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure service quality and value delivery.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technology solutions.
• Monitor IT budgets, identify improvement opportunities, and support cost-effective technology investments.
