IT Manager (Infrastructure, Network & Cloud)

A leading organization is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems. This role involves ensuring optimal performance of LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IT systems while driving technical improvements and infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams, HQ IT, vendors, and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, IT systems, and network infrastructure.
• Perform troubleshooting, system administration tasks, backups, disaster recovery planning, and security measures.
• Monitor system performance to ensure availability and capacity optimization.
• Lead or support infrastructure upgrades and technical improvement projects.
• Collaborate with HQ IT teams, internal departments, and external vendors on IT initiatives.
• Oversee IT hardware/software assets procurement and vendor management.
• Provide technical advice to improve reliability and efficiency of IT systems.
• Prepare regular reports on infrastructure performance and improvement actions.

What you bring:

• A degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in network technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange) as well as DNS/DHCP/VPN configurations.
• Proven experience in data center operations, disaster recovery planning, backup solutions, and IT security protocols.
• Solid track record in implementing network systems and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience in regional stakeholder management is a strong advantage, especially with stakeholders from Mainland of China and Hong Kong
• Proficiency in speaking Mandarin or Cantonese is also preferred for regional communication.
