Group IT Manager

What You'll Do:

1. Develop and implement the Group's IT strategy, policies, and governance framework.
2. Lead IT operations at HQ while providing functional leadership across subsidiaries.
3. Ensure availability, security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and systems.
4. Oversee cybersecurity strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.
5. Manage enterprise applications like ERP, HRMS, and Microsoft 365 for operational efficiency.
6. Standardise IT processes, systems, and best practices across the Group entities.
7. Handle IT budgets, procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle management.
8. Plan and execute IT initiatives for new entity setups, office expansions, and digital transformation projects.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT governance and data protection.
10. Evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for business improvement.
11. Build relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
12. Mentor and develop the Group IT team to foster technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
13. Present reports on IT performance, project updates, risks, investments, and recommendations to Management.

What You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
2. Over 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in an IT leadership role.
3. Proven expertise in managing multi-entity or multinational IT functions effectively.
4. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP systems, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
5. Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and system implementations successfully.
6. Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks, disaster recovery plans, business continuity strategies, and data protection practices.
7. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentoring teams for continuous improvement.
8. Strong analytical abilities coupled with project management expertise to handle complex priorities independently in fast-paced environments.
9. Effective communication skills for stakeholder management across various levels of the organization.
10. Willingness to travel locally or overseas as required by the role.
