IT Executive (Property Management)

This role focuses on server operations, virtualization management, backup execution, and infrastructure support while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. What you'll do:

• Perform daily health checks and proactive monitoring of Windows/Linux servers and VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Manage backup operations to ensure 100% success rate and participate in disaster recovery drills.
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support for server and infrastructure-related incidents, resolving 90% of tickets within 24 hours.
• Implement server-level access controls and assist in vulnerability scans to maintain security compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, backup logs, network diagrams, and incident resolutions.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, or technical support.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, and file services.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware) and cloud platforms (Azure/Huawei/Alibaba).
• Basic networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement lasting solutions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with on-call rotation for critical incidents.
