What you'll do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all IT systems to ensure continuous availability and optimal performance throughout the organisation.
  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, proactively identifying areas for improvement and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive IT policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all hardware components are properly maintained, conducting regular audits and coordinating upgrades as necessary to support business needs.
