L2 Workday Analyst

This role focuses on providing Level 2 support for Workday especially on HCM module, ensuring seamless operations, efficient issue resolution, and successful system integration. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support, exposure to Workday modules, and familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

What you'll do:

• Provide Level 2 day-to-day operational support for Workday and HR applications, addressing tickets, incidents, and support requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with SLA targets.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and monitor notifications/errors to take appropriate actions.
• Assist end users in system usage and enhance HRIS platform proficiency across the user base.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with global standards.
• Participate in regional project activities focused on HRIS systems.
• Manage escalations for critical issues effectively while liaising with internal teams and external business partners.

What you bring:

• Degree in IT or any equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support.
• Experience in Workday HCM Module
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and SLA management.
• Practical knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Self-discipline, accountability, and proactive approach to deliverables.
