SAP FI/CO Consultant (Data Migration & Application Support)

As an SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will play a key role in SAP data migration and functional support across international business operations. What You'll Be Doing

SAP FI/CO Functional Support

Provide functional support for SAP FI/CO processes and applications.
Investigate and resolve business and system-related issues.
Act as a trusted advisor to business users and stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.

Data Migration & Transformation Projects

Support SAP implementation, migration, and rollout projects.
Execute and validate finance and controlling data migration activities.
Perform data analysis, reconciliation, cleansing, and migration testing.
Ensure data quality and successful transition into the target SAP environment.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

Manage user queries and service requests effectively.
Communicate clearly with business users, project teams, and support teams.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional support.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive service enhancements using KPI-driven and data-based approaches.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives across finance operations and SAP support services.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

4-6 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO functional experience.
Proven experience in SAP data migration activities within finance and controlling domains.
Experience supporting SAP applications in a production or shared services environment.
Experience working with global or cross-border stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation project experience.
SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion experience.
Experience in Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, or regional support environments.
Exposure to finance process improvement initiatives.

Functional Knowledge

Strong understanding of one or more of the following:

General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Centre Accounting
Internal Orders
Profit Centre Accounting
Financial Closing & Reporting
