ERP Manager

As the ERP Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of the Monitor ERP system within the manufacturing organization. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a dedicated ERP team and work with cross-functional departments to ensure the system supports production, inventory, procurement, finance, and customer service operations. Your role is pivotal in enhancing efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and driving digital transformation.

What you'll do:

• Implement, configure, and enhance Monitor ERP to meet business needs.
• Manage and mentor the ERP team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee daily ERP operations, maintenance, and user support.
• Support manufacturing functions such as production scheduling, inventory control, MRP, and reporting.
• Set priorities and ensure timely completion of ERP projects and issue resolution.
• Establish KPIs for ERP performance and generate analytics for business decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging ERP capabilities.
• Ensure effective training programs and documentation for ERP users.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in ERP management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Monitor ERP in discrete manufacturing.
• Proven success in ERP implementations, upgrades, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, including MRP, production planning, BOMs, and quality control.
• In-depth knowledge of Monitor ERP modules in manufacturing, logistics, finance, and planning.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data analysis, ERP reporting tools, and change management strategies.
