• Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies, then facilitate discovery workshops, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and design future-state workflows.
• Challenge existing ways of working by developing innovative approaches that leverage technology for optimisation and standardisation.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable process and technology transformation initiatives that deliver measurable results.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitise, and transform processes using emerging technologies in collaboration with solution architects and technology teams.
• Provide expert input into solution design discussions, workflow architecture, and system integration to ensure seamless implementation of new processes.
• Prioritise workflow automation opportunities by defining requirements, guiding design, orchestrating integration needs, and supporting adoption across relevant functions.
• Drive process standardisation by developing frameworks, methodologies, governance practices, and promoting best practice reuse across markets or units.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand pain points, facilitate workshops for requirement gathering, influence adoption of new ways of working, and manage competing priorities.
• Oversee delivery of transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation by coordinating project teams, vendors, monitoring scope, timelines, risks, and acting as escalation point.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Management or related discipline is required for this position.
• At least 8 years’ experience in business process transformation or related fields such as technology transformation or digitalisation is essential.
• Proven track record leading technology-driven transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation within large organisations.
• Strong understanding of process analysis techniques including mapping current workflows, redesigning future-state models and aligning them with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into practical technology-enabled solutions that address underlying challenges rather than simply automating existing tasks.
• Experience working with workflow automation platforms such as Camunda, Pega, Appian, IBM BPM/BAW, Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath or ServiceNow is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to Kube Workflow or equivalent orchestration platforms would be beneficial for this role.
• Solid grasp of systems integration principles and how digital platforms can support end-to-end business processes across multiple functions or markets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills including facilitation of workshops for requirement gathering and influencing adoption of new ways of working among diverse groups.
• Experience managing external vendors or implementation partners including overseeing Statements of Work (SOW), deliverables releases and enhancements.
